Death Strike was actually formed before Master (US), and initially split-up when Paul Speckmann decided to pursue the latter. However, after a few months and some legendary recordings, Master too broke up, with Speckmann reforming Death Strike. Not long afterwards, Death Strike again broke up, and Master again rose from their ashes!
